The Animals of Taman Safari

The first weekend of Fall Break we took the girls to one of the "must do's" of Jakarta...a drive to Bogor (hour or so outside of Jak) to Taman Safari. It begins with a drive through a open safari with many different animals. With windows rolled down, the carrots and bananas are very popular and bring several car-side visitors. It's a odd sensation having a cow's horns 3-4 feet across try to stick his head inside your car for a carrot. But the natural setting and proximity of animals allows for some fantastic photography.
